We offer returns and replacements within 3 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for a Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

  • You initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Hygiene Exception: For the health and safety of all our customers, items such as lingerie, panties, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or replaced if the packaging has been opened or if the item shows any sign of being worn. This is a strict policy for hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item). If you are requesting a replacement, please specify the new size or item you need.

  3. Await Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

Replacements

If you have requested a replacement for a different size or a new item, we will ship the replacement product after we have received and inspected your returned item. You will be notified via email once your replacement has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
